Fresh breads - A selection of fresh bread including French batons, granary and multi seed.

Chacouterie - A platter of cold cooked meats including, ham, chicken, beef and salami

Cheese Platter - Welsh cheeses including dragon cheddar, Perl wen (soft brie like cheese) Perl Las (a soft blue cheese)

Trio of pâtés - A smoked mackerel pâté, curried nut pâté and a chicken liver pâté.

Tomato Feta and Basil Sticks - Cubed feta wrapped in a basil leaf with half a cherry tomato dressed in balsamic vinegar and pesto.

Welsh Lamb Skewers - Home cooked welsh lamb skewers served with a rosemary and lime dipping sauce.

Mixed Tartlets - Miniature tarts with fillings including smoked mackerel and capers, smoked salmon and goats cheese and cherry tomato with brie

Green Salad - A crispy mini leaf finger salad.

Anti pasti - green and black marinated olives, sundried tomatoes and green chilies

Cru’-de-tet - sticks of celery, cucumber & carrot.
